I really like The way they make you run The MSQ, but o really wanted too which my friend could Just put his characters on 90 without The nessecity of do ALL The Expansions, I know he can do that but, he Will never can do a endwalker Raid If he isnt pass for alllll The Expansions, in my opnion you could choose The Expansions which you want to start first and then do The others If you wanna. (I know he can buy the Expansion Skip, but I think It could be free).
The problem with a "reverse-echo" sync is that the rotations and additional actions themselves provide big swings in damage, healing, and protection for the character as a character's level increases. A character might gain a skill at level 82 that lets them deal 500 extra potency every 30 seconds that they wouldn't have at 81, and the sync would have to change between those levels for that particular class to compensate and adjust all of their damage to a specific percentage. It also brings up the question of leveling mid-dungeon, would you immediately gain new skills or traits and have your damage shifted to compensate, requiring you to stop and read and understand the new skill you've been given?
They would have to adjust and maintain that syncing across a class's entire level spectrum, on top of everything else anytime they made a change to a class/job, and probably have to tweak it a lot to make sure classes fell in line with each other smoothly along the level curve.
