  1. I get the sentiment, but reporting can become harassment very easily if it's just automated.
    Plus bots would have much easier access for mass reporting etc.

    Writing a report actually puts you in a position where you start to think more about the situation.
    Are you reporting out of anger, frustration or is this a legitimate reason to report.

    I do get that it's annoying, but I think it's necessary.
