Man i was sweating expecting nasty as fuck mechanics there with all the healchecks. But i felt really powerful healing through
One thing to point out is, if you look at the background, light is overpowering darkness. To show that in the end, there was more hope than despair despite the death and collapse of so many stars and civilization

Never in my life have I felt more powerful than the moment this song started blasting and I started mashing my combos as hard as possible.
Ya know, when i stared ff14 i was… skeptical of whether making the player the mc was a good or bad thing for the story. It's hard to make a blank slate a central character, and though some games have succeeded, a final fantasy game seemed like a dangerous place to have that trope

This expansion worried me, I thought man, its gonna be so hard to wrap up that many loose ends in one shot. Turns out they did, perfectly and also, made me cry like the whole time through.
