One thing I love about the FF jobs is most of them have a “game within a game” kind of rotational mini game, whilst simultaneously making them not feel like “spinning plates.”

I wish I had time to play FF again, so much a time commitment though. I'll stick to GW2 till the time is right.
And now everyone will cry out that old AST was so, oh so much better than it is now XD Nah, I'm with you there: AST is super fun. If you want to run off-brain WHM is the first choice (it still has the best AOE in the entire game 😀 ), if you want some spice, pick AST – not to mention that grafics are just plain gorgeous ^.^
Be careful with your gear, I can see that you have to repair your earrings, rings, etc. FF14 is really fun, I love the game. There is so much content in the game. Make sure to do all the blue quest
