Thank you so much for watching this video.
My channel is focused on player perspective content, gameplay, theory’s and importantly game lore for Final Fantasy XIV.
As this channel has grown, my goals have evolved, but ever do they remain the same.
That is the creation of videos that mean to bring a smile to a viewer’s face or provide them with even one piece of useful information.

I mean to live up to these goals and the time you have taken to watch my content.

  1. I think either one: they are testing us to see if we can make it on our own so they can return to the star cause they've been watching over us for a minute, or two: there is a much bigger threat that we need to be ready for. Maybe such a threat that the 12 can't handle it, at least by themselves. I'd even be willing to go so far as to say maybe it's a hint at 7.0 antagonist(s). Amazing video, this was a full course meal and it was delish!

  2. Given the history of FF14 development, I would be surprised if they got rid of housing. However, I do think Islands will continue to be upgraded while traditional wards are largely left as is. Most players will likely have islands and not care about the wards.

  3. I think your logic circuit needs a reboot.

H sundering the world to imprision Z is the creation story not Myth. The gods is part of the shard we call Eorzean they are not part of the old world, at best H could have kicked them to the curb at some point in E's history and they are now back to complete their evil plan. (That seems to be the constant story, some bad guy want to use us to do evil and we acciently foil it because we are too stupid to do their evil bidding correctly)

  4. The Twelve are really, really, (and I do like FFXIV, dont get me wrong) a revisited rendition of the Human Gods in GW2. And those in turn are the rendition of the proto-jewish misticism. Someone might point out that the GW Gods are six, and FFXIV are twelve, but that is because the Six in GW story account for only the "power side" of the old misticism forces, while Twelve account for both sides of them. Even World of Warcraft uses that same misticism to base their "cosmology". It is actually like talking about the Titanic. Anyone who studied teology knows how this will play out. It might be embelished in Eorzean colors, or drastically garbage like Shadowlands, but at the end, like the Titanic, the ship always set sail, crash in an Iceberg, crack open and sink, while people are depicted in their most natural aspects: The cinic, playing till the end, the stern, sinking with the ship, the deceiver, making some plan to escape, the loving, trying to save people, and the survivor, which tells the tale.
It is hard to steer far from the misticism they drink upon, because it is actually the only way to tell such stories. That is why IRL people always base their faiths upon its core characteristics, no matter where in the World you are. It is like trying to tell the human biology in a new way but still true to the biology known, it is not really possible. You can come up with "nervous centers", "chacras", "chi", "Anima Fluid", "Aether", but in the end, they do the same thing to accomplish the same goal, because in the end, however you explain it, the end facts are the same. Human nature wont change because you call it mood swings or "bipolar disorder".
