So in the recent Live Letter which was set to be the last one before Endwalker was released, the developers began with some very sad, yet unsurprising news. They announced the Final Fantasy XIV’s next expansion would be delayed from November 23rd to December 7th. The decision was very hard on the developers and Yoshi-P especially, who even broke down into tears during the announcement. In this video I go over the situation and statement that Square Enix posted, my own thoughts on the matter, and then take a look at what other players are saying on Twitter and Reddit in this rant styled video.

  2. Hey Loki, love your content. I'd like to say: I'm one of those people that took time off for it. I had 10 days (including weekends and Thanksgiving holiday) off but you know what? I see it as time I can now focus on grinding out Diamond and Emerald dragons, classes leveling, Gil amassing, etc. If they need more time, I'm all for it.

  3. I took time off for this game, and I trust Yoshi-p and it broke my hear to see him so upset at having to do this.

    The one thing thats really like turning me off from these conversations are the people saying things like, "People who take time off for a game need to get their head checked" or other such comments, people take time of for all sorts of things, concerts, sports events, etc.
    I took time off so I can binge the story. The MSQ is my fave part of the game, and I want to enjoy it with out worrying about work. I only asked for like 2 days off so not two weeks but its MY free time and ill spend it how I like.
