Standard Samurai rotation at 2.14 GCD utilizing Meikyo Acceleration to perform a looping rotation that aligns with raid buffs while also show casing how we utilize the changes to Tsubame-gaeshi.
The Meikyo Acceleration Loop or “MAL” is very similar to the Standard Loop, however it uses a slower skill speed of 2.14. This delays the rotation over time therefore making our Burst Windows and Higanbana reapplication naturally drift. Obviously, neither of these are ideal so we utilize a technique called Meikyo Acceleration to force our bursts and DoT reapplication to be earlier.
Samurai Guides for Dawntrail that explain this rotation in full are currently being updated. You’ll be able to find the links below once they are done, but please look forward to them ^^

Great showcase! Even as a new SAM I think the 7.05 iteration of the 2.14 rotation is very good for learning purposes since it teaches you a lot about meikyo acceleration and higanbana alignment from the get go compared to the 7.01 version.
can you move gekko+higabana before the first kaeshi setsugekka to get more dot time?
Now explain me how it’s better than your savage rotation you did
I might be missing something but wouldn't it be better to hold the Tendo Tsuba at the first 1 min burst and reapply bana earlier? If you're in a comp with scholar/drg I would understand it since the autocrit moves scale better than bana in that situation but otherwise you're dropping a tick for no gain?
great but keep in mind that in savage for example, you rarely are able to keep that rotation as it is showcased, accelerating even more is the play there if downtime heavy (m3s, m4s)
where is this striking dummy located
TYCI
I have tried to fix this rotation pass 13:00
It never work
Do you have a solution? I know fights rarely drag that far but
Inherently this thing is not loopable beyond that.
Our meikyo is 55/60, so 2 filler fix
Every minute we drift 2. With the extra meikyo in beginning we can patch up around 8:30 with he prepull meikyo
But pass that every 2 minute means we are being chased by unloopable hell
If you know what I am saying…
Where is this area you're using for the dummy?
So smuggle second tsubame, use before burst tendo and burst starts at 14 seconds with 1 sen and hig should be ready a 1 second left
Where is this dummy?
