  1. I really like your interviews Caer, your questions are quite insightful and I think they bring out a lot about the people you talk to.

    I love what Rin said about constantly finding ways to do things better the next time, so as to make thing as easy for others as possible, I think that's basically what separates me from the higher skill players. I tend to get stuck in a rut where I hit a plateau of "ahh yeah, that's enough" and just stay there.

    I'm surprised Rin thought the thing where point out one good thing and one thing that could use improvement about each other sounds toxic, that's a fairly common teambuilding thing I think lmao. It does work really well if you are with people whom you trust to be candid.
