I dont hate boosting but you are not only doing yourself a disservice by skipping a wonderful story but you ace yourself out of hours of practice and build up of mechanics. the amount of time it will take you to learn everything and get a decent understanding with muscle memory by skipping you could have just saved yourself some money and just played the game normally. Though the memes will be glorious, just not as glorious as the gems Quin gave us.

16. Yeah, i dont blame him. Watching those deaths scared me. It's not even that it is impossible to just learn what the marks mean or anything, but I would not want to be there in whatever party is teaching her mechanical literacy because it would take a while.

34. Its not so much that Asmon is a virus, its more that every other streamer and youtuber has become the Asmon News Network.

35. About Naguura boosting, she clearly only wants to raid, and it's fine if that's your purpose. There is going to be a learning curve, so a lot of these avoidable deaths are expected. Note there are no current clips of her berating healers or blaming game mechanics, unlike someone else.

So I do enjoy the game, it's definitely done right technically, and system wise, and not just plenty to do but replay aspects for other jobs is top notch so I'm not being negative or the fake toxic word but I feel even if someone's not say a roleplayer (which is fine and your decision) some people just get a "bit" too into things, as do some say in CoD or League. People like Rich who seems to act like FF14 is his religion I'm not sure on, if he was like 17 and acting like this okay but even Asmon who isn't as bad but still gets easily obsessive confuse me. I play and enjoy the story, I think mini games are a fun once a day thing and if im bored yeah i'll fish 2 hours but it's just a game, same as GTA or Minecraft or whatever, I do actually find alot of Bard's song accuracy impressive but I mean I'm not going to as a grown normal adult fan boy over it and I've played Final Fantasy game since the 80s lol

38. I've said time and time again that it's ok to boost if you're a raider and you only care about the raids and skip all the stories, no problemo. There's always the New Game + if you want to revisit story.

    But admittedly, seeing Naguura skip all that story hurt a bit, like "why bother stream all these story skipping, and just stream when you're doing the raids?"

    But then I have to remind myself that I don't follow her or watched her streams before, so I shouldn't care, and it looks like she doesn't care either, so all is well.

39. I seriously don't get it… If you don't want to play the game and all you want to do is raid. Why not just stay with WoW? The raids are still good. It's disgusting how those "raiders" jump on the hype train for views. I'm generally more protective towards fellow women, but that Nagura girl is seriously the embodiment of: "Sorry but I can't heal stupid!"
