  1. Twice I’ve received 7 commendations during a 8-man duty. Once was when I guided a party through that fight, it can quickly get frustrating if you don’t know what’s going on. **SPOILER**

2nd time was during a Zodiark trial in the week after Endwalker released, I was able to figure out the rotating stage mechanics quickly and help a bunch of people on their run

  2. A cool thing about a lot of the music written for this series of raids is that they're meant to be modular. Think of each of the wings songs as one of the various cats that make up Voltron. They all come together in the end to make a single song. Mirrors the themes of the raids a lot.
Edit: And I mean they come together LITERALLY to make the final tracks, not just as a metaphor.

  3. I remember my first time going into the Alexander raids, my first time doing a raid ever since no one plays Coils synced these days lmao. But I enter the Wrist of the Father and all of a sudden the music just goes from the usual fantasy deal into the wild tracks of Alexander and I was blown the hell away.

  4. Haha yeah this is definitely one of the "simpler" tracks! I think it's because it's only part of the final version of the song, once several pieces join together, you get Metal: Brute Justice Mode, of which you've heard the Primals version before. My mind kept unconciously waiting for the melody to pick up since that's the version I listened to a lot more, but it never did 😂
Instead, the more basic version gave you a lot of freedom to make your own variations, which was great 😁
