  1. God damn are we long overdue on this one. Distracting times all around lately IRL 😬 Second part should be up tomorrow if Sophie can make it! If not, we'll see ya'll Monday!

  2. That knockback in the first fight that you took didn't knock you back because of a rare situation that not a lot of people know about. Certain mechanics that knockback on an attack must connect physically to actually execute the knockback. You had such a massive shield that you actually didn't take any damage, thus no knockback will occur. This is different from knockback mechanics that show the direction of the knockback, the flowing arrows on the ground to show which way you get blown back. You can see this "0 damage no knockback" situation happen in a lot of dungeons if you have a SGE or a SCH that can give a big enough shield. That or if you play DRK with a healer shield.

  3. How did you find the difficulty of the raids? Did you have fun?

Also, will you both get in the glamour side of things, like recreating some pop culture character or even a video game character? 😁

  4. Man I can't wait for Pandaemonium to continue. I love how Themis had summoning powers even before he powered up for his battle with us. And I speculate that Lahabrea's son will end up being the Lahabrea we know. Making it more tragic.

  5. These fights would be a bit more challenging if you simply went into them blind. Story mode is designed so that each mechanic is shown to you so you can learn it by observation. If you always default to guides then you’ll hamper your eye for detecting things that are similar to previous fights and can be drawn on to quickly figure them out. This becomes even more prevalent in savage and ultimate raids where you have much less reaction time but I’ll concede that most people who aren’t trying to clear in the first week will resort to guides and clear videos to help out their groups.

  6. Its a great video as usual!
Off the 4 fights in it, the 2nd is one i hate the most since one wrong move and u are dead, especially for melee dps.
The lore is interesting as well, from what i have been able to find its all from greek myth, the more unknown parts.

  7. Crackpot theory time. Themis is not Elidibus but is his brother, maybe even twin brother. He becomes the ancient on the moon.
Probably not, but I do want to know who the fuck the ancient on the moon is.

  8. I might as well share a crackpot theory of mine here, I consider it non spoilery so it should be fine.

I believe in two things that came from the events of Pandemonium that affect our present day.

    1. I believe what is happening down below, and what happened to Eric. Is the precursor for the tempering techniques the Ascians use in their summoning.

    2. More of a crack pot theory, I believe the being that will eventually become Zenos, is the one causing most if not all, the problems in Pandemonium right now.
