Oh sweet Roger… If this wrecked you, you are not ready for the rest of FFXIV. This game wrecked me emotionally more than even One Piece… Never have I cried so much. In fact, it is the only story which overtook One Piece as my favorite story last year. Even though OP is a very, VERY close 2nd.
BTW. those dolls are a FFIV boss. Nostalgia is real.

I fuckin LOVE XIV. Favorite game of all time, easy. Finally got around to playing it around the time 5.1 was released. It beat Persona 5 and Nier Automata for me, which used to be my favorite games with FFX and the KH series just a tad behind them. Then came Endwalker. I still ugly cry when I listen to Close in the Distance and Flow.

Being one of the minority who genuinely liked Minfilia, I feel the pain. To me personally, she might be a person who made us do a lot of menial tasks and bid us go back and forth in the Waking Sands that made a lot of players hate her but she was actually the first person who connected with me on a personal level. I had the same devastated reaction after that cutscene and made me want to just quit the game lol I think it took several weeks before I found the strength to play the game again but then again I still feel that loss. My WoL was moving on as was necessary but a hole in the chest somehow remains.

Idk how u play with the screen so zoomed in lol. I have to play with my screen mostly zoomed out so I can see the whole stage and aoe's. I'm a tank tho so maybe that's why
calling it now you are going to put FF14 in your top 10 games of all time by the time you finish endwalker. This is going to be a long and emotional journey for you but stay strong and forge ahead. 🙂
