  3. 39:17 That aetheryte you tried to tele to is a Heavensward teleport. It's in Coerthas, so shows up on that region map, but you can't access it yet.

    You will actually run in to things like that more and more as the game goes on. Sometimes even on the same zone map, where a tele can't be accessed until later in the game. When that happens, and you're wondering why you can't get to an aetheryte, I suggest looking at the level of the FATEs immediately around it on the map. That will give you a clue as to what level the MSQ will send you to that part of the map, and when you should expect to be able to attune to it.

  13. There can only be 1 warrior of light per shard at a time. But theres always a warrior of light. If 1 dies another one is born. So youre the only warrior of light so far.
    Having the echo is a select gift a few ppl have, having the echo doesnt make you a wol (warrior of light) but all warriors of light have the echo.

  14. so, remember the scene in the beginning of the game where we saw a flashback of a fleet of airships getting attacked by dragons? midgardsormr was the leader of those dragon. he's the big one that took down the flag ship. you can even still see his corpse wrapped around the wreck in mor dhona

  29. You and I both died the same way in our first Shiva fight – took a nasty cleave in the face, this woman has no chill (ok I'll take the door…..)

    Bad puns aside 1) you cannot avoid the moment she freezes you half way through the fight – but if you do not destroy the adds before that it's a wipe 2) the attack right after that works a bit like Titan's bombs: it covers the entire area, the only way to avoid damage is go first where it last popped up and then run to the first area where the icicles fell down (but as you saw the damages are not fatal and can be healed through)

    Iceheart isn't quite like us but she is a very compelling character imo, in fact all the main npcs in this part are….I won't spoil it for you 😉

    Concerning Midgardsormr, you actually saw him already, in an early cutscene the first time we meet with Gaius and co: it's the dragon that took down the Garlean giant ship called Agrius – but again you are going to learn a lot more about all this soon enough ^_^

  31. You do have the ability to battle rez which is a huge help when one of the healers has been taken out. I know when it's crazy it's hard to keep your eye out. I'm just letting you know it's a nice ability to help that can save a raid.

  41. … passing up the Evenstar Coat for the Daystar Coat hurt to watch, seeing as he prefers Summoner over Scholar, but I guess at the end of the day aesthetics is king for this level of gear anyway so meh.

    For all that I came to like Ysayle later on, and still mourn her loss… this was extremely judgemental of her. Defaulting to the conclusion that, because the Warrior of Light and their Scion friends bar her path, (which they are only doing cause she fucked with the caravans bound for Revenant's Toll and because she lent her ear to the Ascians and planned to summon Saint Shiva) they're clearly in bed with the then-bigoted clergy of Ishgard. :L

    Not to mention the blinders she's wearing in regards to Nidhogg's madness.
