Today we’re looking a the Roleplaying aspect of Final Fantasy XIV! Getting into Roleplay as a new player or someone who is new to it in general can some with a lot of questions and I hope to answer some of them in this video! While not a guide per say, We’ll go over some basics with character building as well as dive into the etiquette that is desired within an RP scenario.
RP is something i’ve enjoyed for many many years between FFXIV and WoW, it’s a hobby that helps me get through patch down time or if i’m just not in the mood to run content.

I had gotten into rp for a different fandom back in March and Gods I wish I knew to keep that line of separation between me and my character cause it seriously threw me down into a depressive pit
Hey great video! I just started today and already got some fun interactions. I agree with all of the courtesies that you listed. The biggest one is: YOU ARE NOT YOUR CHARACTER, I think that would be rather cringy, lol! I started a whole fresh character strictly for RP on Mateus.
This is nice but uh, I still haven't the slightest clue as to how to find rp communities.
