Yes, the update is great, i am hyping too but… you know… i miss some meaningful change in the way we interact with our game. For example: when i started to play, i fell in love with Convoy ARR quest where we use in-game mechanics to travel between cities (Uldah, Limsa, Gridania), in Heavensward i learned how to fly, in Stormblood i learned how to dive…i miss this kind of stuff, the sense of adventure and discovery… Variant & Criterion are not bad but i wish we had more meaning/rewards attached to such content.
