  2. When I played Stormblood I went "Sure! Let's do Lakshmi and Susano Savage!" I then hated myself for a solid 2 weeks and dropped Final Fantasy then picked it up again after Endwalker was announced

  5. My Piece of advice would be that if you want to try Ultimates, definitely, DEFINITELY start with UwU (Also the name is just short for "Ultima Weapon Ultimate" instead of the Duty Name). UwU is a short fight, and has a lot of smaller, fast phases, which makes progressing feel pretty good early on, since you'll hit a lot of big milestones. Difficulty-wise, it is also the closest to Savage.

  6. My first Ultimate run was before Endwalker in a dead month after 5.5 to 6.0. It was UWU and we bring 2 people that never savage before and with total 8 people (all member) never cleared the fight before (7 people never tasted ultimate) It took us 6 months to actually clear the fight (our first clear was actually AFTER Endwalker released and we need to adjust our rotation to the new one).

    A lot of things happen, there's a fight, a big fight between close friend. Even I got into a fight myself. But I guess that just what happen when you are on something for a very long time (with slow progress) and facing what seemed like a deadline (Endwalker release) one of our member even left (luckily someone who have cleared are willing to help as a replace). And honestly, that feeling when you actually cleared after all what happen with that very same group is kind of irreplaceable.

    Fortunately my 2nd ultimate which is TEA only took us 2 months to clear.

  15. I recognize the paladin in ur vid!! They helped me get my first TEA clear a few days ago. Congrats on both ulti clears, it's super impressive that you did UWU right away after beating Ucob 😀

I wish I had the confidence to believe I could even attempt these… I've only ever cleared one savage tier, and even though all my friends say I'm good enough to do Ultimate it's just hard for me to believe it. Great vid though, always impressed and inspired watching people give it a shot and succeed against the odds.

  20. Party finder is definetely the best way to prog old ultimates, especially if you are a quick learner. Unless you have experienced friends willing to teach you the fight. Even DSR at this point is ok to do on PF but people usually get hard stuck at P6
