If frontlines gives 5 that's not bad IF you are also going for PVP achievements – it provides additional incentive into something that may not normally be worth suffering (also gives mediocre xp).
Frontlines matches are capped at a maximum of 20 minutes.

Ixion is a lot easier to just do passively from hunt discords
Value of A Long Fall crashed hard because it's in Eureka Orthos. Probably worth trying to get it there if you don't want to spend 60k!
Personally, I'd definitely put the Magitek Predator and the Ixion mount the other way round. The Ala Mhigo duty drop has a notoriously low rate – it's like Stormblood's equivalent of the Starbird. On the other hand, Ixion is just a matter of joining Centurio or Faloop and setting up the notifications for when it spawns. It will 100% be spawned multiple times on any given weekend on a world that you can datacentre travel to. I started looking out for it and had the mount within a day (getting all the world boss mounts was super low effort tbh).
The nightmare mount is actually a very rare second drop from the base-ARR primal extremes and is a lot more worthwhile than the others. Been unsyncing those for Wondrous Tales for over a year without seeing it… still torn on whether I'll get it, because it's not like I won't be continuing that WT grind for years to come, but still…
As a Sargatanas player i agree, i love Gilgamesh.

other thing about the alex farming, if you can do them unsynced (not sure, haven’t done this in a while) most level 90 dps/tanks can do A1n in like two minutes solo unsynced, my fastest so far has been 1;51 on gnb with full rinascita

3 months for ixion ride. And now ..
A great reason to lvl BLU and farm stuff. I truly understand the importance of BLU mage now. 😮
I wish they'd put Crystalline Conflict into the moogle tomestone events whenever they align with the end of a PvP series (note I say series and not season , though I wish SE would change the names so they'd be less confusing) so that we could more easily farm both tomestones and the glam.
I'll probably end up farming Frontlines I guess, at least until I get the glam; then I'll go BLU farming.
I still remember that one moogle event where Binding Coils 1 Turn 2 was allowed for farming; that was so fast and easy (literally 1 tomestone per 40 sec including load times, with a good group)
After that one, I thought SE would be super careful to never let tomestone farming be that easy and fast again, but then just recently was the Greg farm which was similarly fast and easy (though a little slower)
Can you do it unsynced and still get the rewards
I feel like your reactions to Ixion and the Ala Mhigo mount should be reversed. The ala mhigo mount has a low drop rate, requires grinding a single dungeon and potentially rolling against other players. I understand if you think the mount isn't good, but should still point out that this absolutely the best way to get it for collectors.
As someone that frequently hunts, you would know that there's data center wide alerts via discords for ixion spawns and its not hard to just visit the fate after a few pings.
