Nice video. Just some corrections though.
1) Six-Sided Star's GCD is double your normal GCD. Since Monk will never be at 2.5s GCD under normal circumstances, it won't be 5s. It's usually around 3.8 to 4s.
2) Riddle of Earth also has a 10% damage reduction per stack, so it's up to 30% with 3 stacks, which allows you to be really tanky on demand.

This is thankfully the easiest to understand quick look for MNK I’ve seen. After doing sam and drg, I’m really not looking forward to leveling mnk as my downtime grind. I’m glad there is plenty of utility geared specifically toward making the stricter guidelines easier.
