You were just lucky that could void her aoe on the right time. Noctis kept doing that because her aoe with sucked ppl in and BOOM in final phase if you could not run away in time you die.
As a BLM main, I can't agree more. So often I see BLMs not using Manaward, but also getting hit with everything. We have a 30% shield for those times we just can't make it in for a heal fast enough. The healers should never notice we missed that one heal.
