In FFXIV, Free Companies are akin to guilds in other MMOs. They’re player-run groups that come together for various activities with different types of focus from simply socializing, role play, crafting, and a lot of times – raiding. These raiding focused FCs can be found in various data centers accros the globe that has a very active raiding scene like Aether & Primal in NA, Light in EU or maybe Mana in JP. These raiding FCs typically aim for early week clears or even world race progression (World First Race), but only very few of them actually left a mark in the FFXIV raiding history. Today we will be taking a look at some of them, particularly in the early days of FFXIV. These are some the legendary FCs in FFXIV History.
