Condition: 4 -6 Clear or Fair skies
Arrive early to the Mists and head down to the beach! With a Spoon worm on the line, use Patience to land a moochable fullmoon sardine using Precision Hookset. These guys are a ! bite, and will not bite after 15s after cast, so you can reel in and cast again after that point. Once you have a moochable Fullmoon Sardine, wait until 4am rolls around.
Mooch the Fullmoon Sardine after 4am. Twitchbeard is a !!! bite, you can ignore any other bite. Continue to mooch as much as you can in the 2 Eorzean hour window. If using Patience, Twitchbeard requires Powerful Hookset to catch.
Twitch can be Desynthed into the Red Summer Pareo (M) and Maro (F) glams. These are bottoms for a red colored beachwear set.
