This part is coming up is ffviii related. Squall goes back in time and starts the time loop
I eventually had a thing going where, when an NPC basically went 'what happened?' after fighting Zodiark, I'd always start it in my head with 'well, it all began when Amon played Zenos…' XD And that was even true when Ryne asked what we weren't telling her.
Now that I think about it, wasn't there time travel in FF1?
