In the Name of the Light | Patch 5.3 Part 1 | FFXIV: Shadowbringers

Hellooo

This is part one of Patch 5.3 MSQ.. Yes.. I had to split it in two parts, so hopefully that’s okay.
The last two videos I uploaded for The Sorrow of Werlyt Questline was something I should at least show while I had to figure out the rendering process. It was INCREDIBLY long. I apologize if some wanted to see the entire thing itself. (。。 )ゝ

Now that this vid is up, part 2 should also be uploaded afterwards.

There’s Part 1 & 2 to enjoy!

Thank you so much for your patience.
Please look forward to Part 2.

Support me here if you like! 😀

First you post Nier raids. Then you post 5.1 and 5.2
Then you go over to the werlyt quest line.

I AM ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT

I swear, if i see the rest of the sorrow of werlyt questline

  3. Oh boy, can't wait for part 2! Can NOT wait for your reaction in that. And yeas from what Hythlodaeus told you the WoL/WoD is infact a shard of Azem, the 14th convocation member, which was heavily speculated back in the day. Keep being awesome and can't wait to see what's next!

  4. From what I could tell in the flashback, did Elidibus not possess the first Warrior of Light in history? He said himself he even became a hero at times in addition to guiding and making them. Like he tried with us.

  5. It's him… It's Mr final fantasy….

The very first warrior of light, the absolute first, the one that every other protagonist and heroic myth is probably based on

The fact they bought THE OG up, was so badass

  6. "This bread is unpleasant and dense. For the love of the Gods, Tataru, when you make this loaf again, change nothing. It is PERFECT."

Sounds like Pratchettean Dwarf Bread. I love this scene.

  7. Since the part 2 is already out I can say this without spoiling you : the first quest with the three kids is there to show you how you, the Warrior of Light, inspires others, especially the young ones, just like Azem, the you from the time of Amaurot, inspired Elidibus and others. It's like history repeating itself in a way. If you haven't read them yet you really should read the Tales from the Shadows, they give a lot of additional informations about the Ascians and Azem!

  8. Hold on. That one ancient one from Elidibus's flashback was labeled "Convocation Speaker". Wasn't "Speaker of the Convocation" Lahabrea's title? If so it's nice to see there was a time when he worried about his fellow Convocation members. Rather than just being a mustache twirling "bad guy".

  9. 2:04:18 always gives me goosebumps. The nature of the forgotten seat and how it starts to become clearer when you realize how evident it is if you think about what you've been doing from base game to current.

  10. 40:30 I think what happens is that Elidibus tried to possess Graha's body.

    BUT

Since Graha came from the future, from when the rejoining already happened, he has an extra piece of soul compared to others, so he can resist possessing/tempering to some extent.
