★ FFXIV Scallop Curry ★
Hello everyone, welcome to my cooking channel “terry-san kitchen.” Today I made the scallop curry inspired from final fantasy 14!

－Main ingredients－
1 large carrot
1 tomato
1 onion
2 cups vegetable stock
2 cups of coconut milk
1 pack of thai red chili paste
6 large fresh scallops
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
－Prepare in small amount－
chopped cilantro
salt and pepper to adjust
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
－Cooking time－
50~60 minutes
– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
－Instruction－
1) Cut carrot, onion, and tomato into large chunks
2) Stir-fry the vegetable for 2-3 minutes under medium heat
3) Let simmer with a lid on for 5 minutes
4) Remove vegetable from the pot
5) Fry red chili paste in a pot with some oil until fragrant
6) Add 2 cups of vegetable stock and bring to boil
7) Add black pepper and nutmegs
8) Add 2 cups of coconut milk
9) Simmer slowly under medium heat and stir the pot constantly until the mixture is thick.
10) Turn the heat off and add the scallop
11) Close the lid and cook with residual eat for 5 minutes
12) Enjoy with some freshly cooked rice!
