Hands down, one of my favorite parts of Endwalker is seeing people's reaction to "the prank". I believe that is vague enough to be safe. Of course, if you disagree, by all means, delete my comment, I won't mind. I get being angry at them before the moon, but now that the revelation of their goal to provide a escape for everyone it feels unwarranted to me. They did exactly as they where told, plus it's impossible for them to stop something that they didn't even know the cause of.
