  2. In your experience has the price of gathering materia skyrocketed as new patch comes out? Super curious. I've stacked up 200 of each in prep but I wonder if it was worth all the work

  3. Good to get that free 1mil, players new to server once they get that payout will have that desire to spend and clearly overspend on the glams 😀 housing going to be pretty lucrative there for sure!
    Have found selling the craft quest items to be a good profit too.

To add on to how wildly profitable housing can be — during this most recent lotto that had ~120 houses bought on my server, with a market that was already pretty saturated, I made 35m in the three days following the lotto (I did prep a ton, my teamcraft list was something like 540 finished items, and I spent every moment logged in just outside the MB constantly replacing things that were selling and relisting for lowest price).

    With a fresh server demand and substantially less existing stock on those boards (gogo price fixing), there's no reason you can't blast past your previous experiences on existing worlds. Instead of 120 houses, there's 120+ wards, all begging to give you their gil.
