Final Fantasy XIV / 14 is a MMORPG currently in the Shadowbringers expansion. In November Endwalker is to be released. Im very excited to bring you content over that and everything until then. Eorzea is a very beautiful “world” and I have been loving exploring it.

Great video! I got this up and running in under 10 minutes. One question. Is there any way to auto-hide the overlay when you're not in combat?

im using the same layout/skin as the one you chose and just ran my first dungeon with the meter. Is there a way to make it so that when you use LB it doesnt split the LB damage % for your personal % ?

3:30 what exactly does this do? I didn't do this the first time I downloaded it but on a different computer now and needed another video on redownloading it so I found yours, but I don't recall needing to do this. You should however, add some kind of clause about firewall settings especially when on windows, you'll most likely need to make a rule in windows defender firewall to allow notifications from ACT as this is how you get updates for the app, and firewall will block them if it's not allowed.

Not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong, but I don't have the tabs "FFXIV Settings" or "FFXIV Overlay Settings" in "Plugins" … so I cannot change settings for it… I have only Plugin Listing, FFXIV ACT Plugin, OverlayPlugin.dll and OverlayPlugin WSServer… nothing else.
Edit: Don't even have the button to the top right for "Show FFXIV Overlay"
For some reason, I don't have the FFXIV plugin settings, what am I missing?
Great video, but one question: after following your steps, I didn't have a tab for FFXIV Overlay Settings. Was there an extra step or perhaps did they change something in the software?
How is it that I do exactly as you do yet options are missing for me.
I am having an issue where I cannot change what shows in the window, for example who is displayed in the overlay window, and I do not have the ffxiv settings tab in the plugins section. I did exactly what you did in this video and double checked to make sure all filed were not blocked. It just shows FFXIV ACT Plugin and the overlay windows but no FFXIV settings tab. Any ideas on what is going wrong? I want to have it just show my party but atm it shows everything including NPCs.

Upon installing the overlay it does not show any Overlay Settings,. am i the only one having this problem?
Seems like after installing plugins I do not have FF14 overlay settings as a tab. Seems to work regardless, but I can't do any of those settings
