  1. you were the first streamer who actually realised there were only 2 summoning circle active – I was so down and occupied with all that happened, that it hit me like a truck when Emet and Hythlo appeared and I lost my sh1t 😀

  2. Glad youtube recommended your vids to me! Been marathoning your EW content. 🙂 This was definitely the part that hit me the hardest, when the twins were the last – it felt amazingly fitting to me. They were there since the very beginning and were the very last to leave – it just felt so right. This whole expansion was such an amazing roller coaster.

  3. Aside from all the awesome stuff behind this whole series of events, it's so weird seeing how grey everything is without the gshade filters that I have and other streamers I've watched have. Like, this is REALLY grey.

Still, awesome part of the story!

  4. I feel it's kind of overlooked that, as much as Venat is "mom"… Emet is "dad". An often distant, very, very demanding dad, but dad all the same. The process of proving your worth – your adulthood, basically – can be combative, but once you have it, he is proud, and he wants for you to have the things he hoped for himself (like being able to have his friends back, which is why it seems so tender to me when he encourages you to summon back the Scions; he never got that far).

At the same time, I really love how they handled Meteion, how being reminded of Hermes kind of splinters her off from the shared consciousness again. I have very paternal feelings about Meteion, despite basically being an AI she's also very much like a child, and like a child her great potential can be shaped by what influences her. I was very glad that there was a dialogue option to reach out to her, to offer to take her home and leave all this behind. It's what Venat wanted, too.
