🌽Earful Prep
Arrive a lil’ before 4a, and cast out. You want to catch a Longear Sunfish (or Silver Charcin), then use Surface Slap, and Chum. Once you’ve done that – don’t move and wait for the 4a window to open.
👂Catching an Earful
Once the window opens cast out. Earful is a !!! bite, and is the only one in Meghaduta. Ignore all other bites (ie: don’t attempt to hook them). Just keep Chumming until a !!! bites. That’s it! If you would like to optimize, Earful will bite no later than 15s if you’re under the effects of Chum. If you’re not under the effects of Chum it will bite no later than ~25s. If there is no bite by those times, then use Hook to reel back in, and cast again.
If using Patience (which is not required to catch this fish) – Earful requires Powerful Hookset to catch.
