Finally it is time! Having played through the A Realm Reborn main story quest line has brought us here, I’ve been waiting for this moment for a while.
Ever since the community has hyped me up for Heavensward, we get to see it for the first time live!
I am SO EXCITED to play through this critically acclaimed expansion of FFXIV, it only gets better from here on out.

Welcome to Ishgard, Warrior of Light.
Once nice thing – (thats minor) – If you play through as Dragoon, since their Job story line is so tied to Ishgard already, you receive dialogue and options (non story changing) that is exclusive to the job/class.
The game actually does this a lot where, dialogue is different based on certain situations. (like for seasonal events, quest givers either introduce themselves to you, if you're new, or just outright remember your character from the previous year)

Now I have that crazy thing in mind to do NewGame+ (a feature in game) and redo all HW. Was such a good experience. I was totally sold to FF after this expansion!
Also, I just realized that you choosed the "true" path of the Warrior of Light! Start as Warrior, changing into Lancer for HW…like the trailer! 😀

Fun little fact. When they were in the early stages of making the trailer the wrong dragon design to be used was sent, and by the time they found out it was too late to change it.
Dont wanna spoil shadowbringers but you could check shadowbringers job actions.
Yeah, Raubahn for sure looks pretty rough in this trailer.. he could really use a hand.
FF14 my all time favorite mmorpg, you actually feel part of a real and amazing story very well done.

To me HW is when the game really turn into a full fledged Final Fantasy title
Floating islands you visit right after starting the expansion. Lvl 51.
This is still my favorite expansion and it my favorite stories in video game ever, don't get me wrong I love stromblood and Shadowbringers, stormblood is a bit weaker but still Amazing, and Shadowbringers this what everyone love but I thought it was okay it's awesome but it set it purpose as the climate chapter of ff14 story where it have a lot of questions answered and epic moments, but heavensward to me is something special something I have not seen a lot from in jrpgs the story is so heavy and well written and it have so many moments that could easily be a tv show worthy moments like game of thrones or anything else, also the Characters in ishgard are my favorite characters in the entire ff14 storyline ♥️♥️ so I am pretty jealous u got to start heavensward blind now ENJOY IT 👍👍♥️♥️😍😍
