  1. 18:02 — You'll gonna need an entire fridge with choco to heat up – you're in for an emotional rollercoaster. Keep the tissues with you.

    18:44 — More like "yeah… I was there… x weeks/months/years ago… it was hell, lass… but now… welcome… welcome to the other side…" * haunted expression of someone who's seen hell * – Its more like that ^^ Dont worry, you're in good company ^^°

45:08 — Same… Its one thing to beat up your enemies… but you dont… I dont know… killing them while they're on the ground, unable to move… feels bad… even if its Lahabrea.

57:15 — We are talking about a dragon, who by all means is or should be dead, and who created a small version of himself to watch over us at any time. Then created a larger version of himself to serve as our steed. I think its save to assume, creating suitable barding is a "ah yeah, sure"-thought for him 😀

  2. I think they explained it but just to be sure: when you get a raise, you get a few seconds of immunity and can even move without losing it. But if you use any actual abilities, that will make you vulnerable again. Try to watch for any incoming damage to gauge if you can safely use abilities, and worst comes to worst you can use your heal with ~1 second left on immunity buff.

There will be some enemy attacks (mostly in high end content) that can affect you even during immunity, though they tend to move you around or apply debuffs rather than damaging you.

  3. I love so much how when you start Heavensward they talk about it like the wards of the heavens against the dragons and at the end of it they are striving to be better and to look up heavensward basically giving double meaning to the word. They really knock it out of the park and hit us right in the kokoro.

  4. painful fights lol
potions for curing yourself and blood for blood. you also get 10 seconds to NOT act and stay invincible after a raise. still like the aw you have for the game. as we all did.

  5. Ah yes, I remember the two eyes moment. When that happened, I was thinking "Wait Estinien, you already had some slight trouble containing one of Niddhogs' eyes, are you sure you want to hold both at the same…." and before I could finish the thought, that happened.

You saw a man turn into a Dragon many time his own size and mass, you saw Midgardsormr turn from skyscrapper sized, to dog sized to a bit bigger than a horse, you saw the bishop turn from a man in regular clothes into a giant clad in armour… and you wonder where the saddle came from? oO

  6. Not sure if it was clear but the damage she did was actually pretty massive. That warship is a flying miniature castle, able to hobble a battle field by its sheer presence, and she, according to lore, made it inoperable by sealing up several key pipes in unmeltable ice.

  7. Estinien's armor isn't red because it's covered in blood literally… I think it's more part of the Drachen Armor's enchantments. It seems pretty clear to me that when a dragoon kills a particularly powerful dragon, their armor changes to show what rank of dragon they have slain, after absorbing the slain dragon's life force. It's entirely possible he was quite proud of the red hue, which came from absorbing the life essence of Niddhogg himself.
