The voices will take getting use to but trust me these voice actors will eventually grow on you especially alphis I think this choice is better in that it fits his age better.

I think the voice actors in Heavensward will be the same throughout all the expansions now……Tataru might change in stormblood or shadowbringers…….

Honestly the only original VA I miss is Merlwyb's. All the other characters sound leaps and bounds better. Kan-E-Senna no longer sounds like a robot with allergies, for example.

You should be able to pick up Dark Knight right away, in Ishgard itself. Though…you'll need to do some grinding if you plan on using it as your heavensward class. it starts at level 30.

Just about 90% of the cast changes in HW and beyond, with some notable voices staying the same and others so similar it takes a moment to realize itâs someone else
