This is the hardest extreme mode ever, in fact, even the current savage on that tier (a1s-a4s) is broken/overtuned. Thordan is actually the only extreme mode that got nerfed.
I don't know if this help, but countdown timer normally in raid is set at 20 sec that people can use open and optimize cd with their rotation.

Love the tank who failed the mechanic, Proceeds not to use any actual mitigation for tank buster. First thing they type, "healers". Then proceeds to tell them how to do their role XD.
Love Thordan, good fight. Also, on the golden tether+ice phase, the tethered dash damage is proximity based, which is probably what was killin ya. So if you hug the wall you should be good, but also they form a small triangle in the middle so you can try to go opposite of the side your guy's on to gain some extra distance.

I remember clearing this extreme for the first time with my main BLM. This was the extreme fight that I finally got the hang of the harmony between party buff window and my opener. Along with clean choreographed spread and stack mechanic. We had to be in-tuned to have this clear. Amazing fight this was.
Not gonna lie it hurts me everytime I see a failed "tower" mechanic xD I might just be very lucky with my groups but I feel like when you hit higher levels everyone just instinctively knows where to go. Personally as a DNC I always go to the one furthest away because I can get there faster.
Someone in the live comments said you were slow getting back to the middle. They weren't talking about the knockback. You were just chilling there standing in the ice puddle and took damage xD
