Been playing since 1.0 for this exact moment thank you. I can't stress how much i needed Water Spells.
Nice! I made mod like this too once, though it was much less refined and I wasn't satisfied with it. The umbral/astral motes in particular look really good, and all the spells have the right BLM energy to make them look like they belong to the job. Personally I'd probably miss flare and don't know how to feel about holy, but overall this looks like a great package. Well done!
