  1. To be honest, this is exactly what FFXIV needs. Players needs to stop being passive-aggressive and go full "WoW-mode" aggressive.
Enough with the "Our community is amazing we love everyone!!! We are super happy!!! We are not toxic!!!".

  2. If anyone thinks this is the worst, I got news for you – you ain't seen shit. This would have been standard fare back in the day after a very bad endgame session in FFXI (though thankfully quite rare) except in that game there is no Q'ing with people from other servers, so your reputation actually fucking mattered and it forced people to conduct themselves like PROPER FUCKING ADULTS OR FACE THE CONSEQUENCES.

ahem sorry not sorry, people can be douchebags on 14 relatively free of any consequences and I hate that.

I never played WoW, but I have heard horror stories and I have personally seen some truly toxic shit playing Destiny 1 back in the day.

Let's just say there's a reason less than 1/5 of the playerbase ever finished even a single Raid.

  3. What is "greedy player?" not a person who hits greed a lot in instances I hope. It isn't weird to treat unneeded gear as GC currency, is it? I find a lot of use out of the seal vendor and do not want to fate grind in the old world. =(

  4. Context for the first clip since I'm from the group she was trialing on said Thursday:

I remember this got brought up very quickly since it was shown openly to us. I didn't feel right just taking sides so I skimmed the clip and found out that she was talking about the group behind a muted mic to the stream just as bad if not worse than how the astro is reacting to her at the end. She was calling them hard R's for many pulls after an incident. We fact checked the stream to see that there really was sources of it and very bad ones. I was really surprised especially on how she claimed she never talked bad about anyone but herself when in reality she was deflecting her really silly mistake and calling people slurs for it without them knowing.

Sad that the stream got taken down because people were bringing up her behavior is just as bad if not worse than the astro in the end. Now nobody will know the true context of what is happening unless you have seen the full vod. The only thing that is left up is the clip to victim bait and make the astro look worse.

Outside in a non raid scene shes really nice. I enjoyed talking with her but this was a bit too much for a positive-vibes group.

  5. How bout if you are shiz, talk to your static, not to your stream chat. People like this are so entitled and selfish, It is why I really dislike playing with any streamers that focus more on their stream than actually playing the game, I don't mind if the streamer is a pro and is not making any mistakes but if you aint clearing shit then take away one of the distractions and focus on the game completely….

  6. Lol. The hardcore rager was right though. I actually understand the frustration. I feel like despite how immature they sound, they brought facts and logic here to Inoko and just spitted out the cold hard truth. I fucking hate players like Inoko as well. Someone who greeds and doesn't know how to do the mechanics properly, but then proceeding to never learn their lesson and keep wiping the raid. I would much rather some be consistent with mechanics in a raid than someone who focuses on greeding that results in a potential wipe because of their stupidity. Mechanics > Damage. Consistency is key first, and I feel like once you nail the mechanics down, then you work on how well you parse.

Inoko is just that players that fucks up the entire whole point of a prog and A2C. Fuck that player. She deserved all that.

  7. Bro when that one guy calmly hit her with the "we watch your stream, we know everything," FUCKIN OOF MY DUDE. You couldn't Benediction your way through that kind of a hit.

  8. I get this chick talked shit and probably deserved it, but IMO if you get this mad over raiding with someone, then find a new group, replace the player, or stop playing the game. I get being angry about shit, but this was some deep build-up shit that should've never needed to be there in the first place if actions were taken sooner.

  9. Both are at the wrong. For one, it is just raiding. Who cares. Second she might have talked crap but, lets not pretend like that gives the person a right to flip off like that.

  10. The more I think about it. The more I dislike the malder. Who the heck does she think she is really? Like, so what the streamer talked bad behind her back, and she was in the wrong also, but why don't you just kicked them and blacklist them in the future. Talking to someone like that over a video game? Get out.

  11. I'm honest, being autistic its just how I am it's not to be mean. I don't think they want me to just quit, but to off myself.

I never said anything like THAT person tho. I just don't realize I'm so tactless.

The blacklist is wrong. It just hurts that people cant emphasize that maybe there's something else going on with the BL gamers.

I've had a document get brought up bc I wanted the standard comp in my PF (5%). I said 'I don't know why you're trying to convince me otherwise, I'm not going to change my mind'. Idk why they were so upset.

Someone killed me and I didnt accept the raise (my controller was defective). They brought up "the list" (the person who killed me). im a griefer.

If someone doesn't accept raise, it could be due to massive anxiety; meltdown. Its crippling and I understand it causes frustration. It's not a choice.

Or they could have a family member that disrespects boundaries (or abusive)

You don't know who these people are. Stop bullying them.
