  2. 1st to comment. If you want to know how to pronounce some of the names the important on like Lahabrea or Minfilia may have audio files you can look up. I found Lahabrea the other day by typing them into the search engine. Good video as always.

  3. You're definitely going to need to expand your ui. Most classes can easily use two and a half bars on their abilities alone, and the default two that you start with aren't going to cut it. Personally I use three of them with keybinds for battles, and a spare unbound bar for the utility stuff like mounts, items, sprint, and limit break. Now that you're a summoner/scholar instead of an arcanist, your spellbook menu got a lot bigger. One bit of convenience is even if you can't use certain abilities yet, you can still put them on your hotbars. This gets a little tricky when an upgrade transforms one of your spells instead of giving you a new one, but it's still a decent way to prepare your HUD instead of trying to rearrange everything every time you level up.

  4. you might want to invest in the "emperors new" set, so you dont run into further technical difficulties when swapping sets. it can help clear slots like the helms when a set has one, but another one doesnt. just slot in the 'emperors new hat' and it will treat your head piece like its invisible. it helps with all slots, like helmets and gloves if you dont want the glam to show those slots.

  5. For a while during a time when not much new stuff was coming out i hosted themed glam shows and gave out gil prizes. It was pretty amazing how creative people can get with them. Once youve got a good foothold in the game and build up a community id recommend hosting some, its great fun.

  6. To help you out, in vesper bay, there is a vendor there that sells outfits that says "emperor's xxxx" for all slots (at least last i checked the items are still there) that basically shows ~nothing~ for the slot and you can toss those in your glamour chest and if you don't want a piece on a specific slot for the glamour plate, put that in there so it changes the glam on that piece too. That's why your chicken hat stayed when equipping another plate because that piece of gear was still set to that chicken hat glamour.

    Also, spending half a mil on glam. Not bad. Cheap for some good looking glam tbh.

  7. It's official. Albs just likes putting 'n' in names.
    K'lyhia = lyn
    Little Ala Mhigo = Little Ala Mingo

    Thanks for the uploads! It's refreshing to experience the story again from a new player's perspective. And your energy just makes it that much better!
    I'm probably not alone in waiting for your daily FF14 uploads! 🙂

  8. As much as you don't read what's written, you do know the whole Bertliana dialogue was about the retelling of her rape, right? The whole laughing and bad voice-acting of it seems a bit dickish.

  9. Well Glam is the true endgame. Haha! People would happily spend gils just for the glam! I haven't done any serious raid hunting for glams really since I'm more into just going to the fields gathering minerals or plants and crafting them XD. But I do know the hype and I'm trying NOT to be addicted @_@

  10. You may have already learned by now, but if you use 2 gyshal greens you can keep stuart out for 60 min, double up. The same goes for food for you. You can do two to double the effect duration. I'm enjoying your videos and watching your journey. Keep up the good work. Enjoy.
