For me when i saw them do viper instead of swashbuckler that expansion was dead to me . Literally never had a 2nd blade under the coat in the initial trailer , had a BANDOLIER we could see when the WoL was facing off against the demon , and his coat is VERY privateer like in appearance. Sorry Yoshi P you used to be good but you had to have this unique class based off a weapon from an old FF game. weve had so many concepts for swashbuckler IN game all the way up to stormblood , 1) the one great company is LITERALLY a nation if pirates 2) in stormbloods trailer the combat style that we saw said pirates used was used by the empire guys chasing the samurai WoL when the panicked and pulled out their pistols (and had a sword in the other hand) to shoot at him…… though being the wol he cut all of the pellets and the environment around him breaking. Viper is literal dumb BS they decided to go with.
Wuk Lamat is awful, she sticks to you like a bad smell and just will not leave you alone.

She's just a very boring character. To even try to remotely make her work the writing had to make NPCs with 10+ years of development sit back and be quiet. The story overall was just really weak. We went from saving the multiverse in 5.0 to saving the universe in 6.0 and now 7.0 to what was described by the team as an anime summer filler episode.

Yea they are trans which isnt a problem it however became one when they decided to tell other VA's to give up their roles for other trans VA's like how he said to the voice actress of Bridget to give up the role to another trans VA which sadly there are very few and far between cause guess what you cant just get that tone without surgery and other things.

ah if you just switch it to japanese voice overs its fine in my opinion. its not just this character either, i’ve been playing the campaigns in jp for years. changes how the story feels significantly to hear it acted in japanese cause the delivery is way more serious and emotional

Serves people right for listening to woketard english VA's. Keep it subtitled and you not only will hear voice acting that's more genuine and heartfelt but also, no woketard agenda being subliminally inserted in translation.
I did the post- Endwalker intro and found her obnoxious. Don't really have any interest in doing her story.
Krile, Erenville and Koana got majorly shafted from the 7.0 story, to make room for wuk lmao. This is a fuckin travesty, but SE is doubling down on bringing us MORE wuk lamat in future patches. She already shoves herself into the lizard baby's storyline for 7.1

Zero was a way better expansion character. They should have made her a Scion and built on her. Dawn trail was definitely a lesser expansion. Still got love with the game. They can't always make a Shadowbringers or Endwalker. I'll let this slide. But the gotta get back at this.
That is why FF IP in the last years is more and more damaged.

The writing for all of the characters was abysmal for this expansion new old and player character. I broke a 5 year unbroken subscription to never look back at this game
