Surprised this came out as fast as it did. I won't be watching any more of these videos as I'm still neck deep in Patch 2.2, but I'll try to advance the story as fast as possible to get into Heavensward before the end of the month. ^_^
Great video. I knew there wasn't much here because I've got to Level 50 on all the crafters and gatherers in my old character(Azura) so I saw all of the stories end there. On my current, I have three crafters with all the ARR quests done(Alchemist, Blacksmith, Culinarian) and the others are at Level 36 thanks to the Ehcatl Ixali questline. (I got three levels of Culinarian from the final story quest, wow!)
Loved seeing the rest of the stuff that unlocks for Disciples of the Hand and Land at Level 50. Peace out and take a nice long break before starting the Second Day series involving Heavensward. Take your time with the next video, I probably won't be in Ishgard proper until February. XD
I like how this is just "Don't bother with it", basically – which was my feeling about it, having just reached level 50 on all my crafts and MIN/BOT. My stats are good enough for moogle crafts and restoration… I just need to figure out what to do at the level 60 gear wall, when I need better gear for level 60+ restoration crafts.
50% of the time, even under the best alignment of time and weather, the double mooch for Titanic Sawshark gives you a Silver Shark. Kill me now. ;_;
Also, the names of the invisible glamour comes from the folktale called "The Emperor's New Clothes", which ends up with the emperor strolling out in his undies to show off his "new clothes" crafted by charlatans. That's because these items are invisible and hide your clothing: So if you want to go naked like 90% of the community tends to do while in combat, you can use these to make your crazy fetishes come true. XD

That was my very crafting class story I completed on my current character. I find it quite touching and poignant. Culinarian was cool too, I mastered it on my old character and saw Lord Lolorito for the first time. Seeing him in the MSQ beforehand sort of nerfed the experience for me, but did you find Lolorito a little bastard? No spoilers, but hint to me that something terrible happens to him eventually! X(
EDIT: The stats you need for the Masterbooks are the same stats you need if you intend to CRAFT the special weapons for the Relic Reborn quest, as I found out the hard way. OUCH. 🙁

yay early! thank you for all of your helpful guides, i forget if I've said it before but your guides have helped me so much in this game, I'm not too far into heavensward now but i feel like I know what im doing for the most part thanks to your guides ^^
aw that was a great lil ending… tbh I only crafter with gsm and weaver and thought about picking up the other ones when all my friends who were further in were like oh no. oh hun just finish heavensward LMAO
i don't remember the quests at 50 giving full outfits. I remember it giving the tool and then i crafted the pieces. Dang

I have been working on level 50 crafts & gathers alot lately. Given I am in free trial, I see it as more to do before the end, and I wanted to experience what was happening back in the day. However now I wonder if I should simply continue to Heavensward crafts & gathers haha…
The prospect of a non HQ Artisan Apron alone gives me cause to fear. I dunno how much more I can do to get it, or even how possible it would be to get as HQ without failing a few times, which I do not want to have happen even once.
