I ran this as White Mage the first time via Trust, and throughout the dungeon, I kept getting a buff called (if I remember correctly) Truest Bravery, or something titled similar. It raises your attack power and another stat I think. Anyways, I kept thinking “how/where am I getting this buff?!”, and I figured it out; it was Venat. I selected her as DPS, which made her a Dancer. She kept casting it on me when it would expire and the next pull was grabbed. She technically wasn’t even Hydaelyn at this point in the story, and yet she was taking care of us all the same. ❤️
First time I ran this dungeon, the theme gave me major nostalgic pangs, and I realized why. It reminds me of Sky Sanctuary Zone's theme from Sonic & Knuckles, and the song "far east nightbird" by Nekomata Master
Oh man, I wasn't expecting so many of you to listen to this. This was, essentially, a self-indulgence of sorts, as I absolutely loved this theme the moment I heard it, but could not find any videos of just the music solely, as all videos were dungeon runs and had battle effects. If there are any other themes you guys want, let me know in the comments.
This track not only reminded me of old school Phantasy Star, meaning 1-4.. But also gave me more ideas, for the comic I am working on, as well as the game to go along with it.
That staccato arpeggiation that makes you feel like you’re flying above the clouds is the best part. The part that plays when you reach the higher levels.
I absolutely love this theme!
Edit: and one with good quality! o/
Before 1:31, one of the best and smoothest jams I’ve ever heard.
1:31 hits, and I’m watching a natgeo kids special -_-
I was wondering why I liked this theme so much until I realized it is the kind of music you'd find in a MegaMan / MegaMan X stage
Kh ass track
If I'm not mistaken this is another variation of the Amaurot theme.

0:41 reminds me of “Gate of Steiner” from Steins gate
Go Empoleon! I choose you!

I see you …opening
I get slight PSO vibes from this
I love the somber part at 4:20 as if the song is reminding the player nothing you do here can change what's gonna happen.

Anyone else get Silent Hill vibes from the beginning?

"Out of my wayyyy"
"I'm not entirely useless"
Distention is absolutely amazing
It's got some fantastic drum and bass and makes me think of mega Man music
It really does remind me of the music you can find in a lot of Falcom games, specially the Ys games. Really good stuff.
Nothing cracks me up more than seeing Emet doing the DRK gap close
Kiritoo
Have at you!
Online… as though there is offline.

my fave part comes at 3:50 🙂
Getting some MegaMan X vibes from this song.
I'm gonna stop you, Wily!
This song gives you so much Megaman X 4-6 vibes. I LOVE IT
This is one of the best and most unique soundtracks. It's so nostalgic and oldschool. Very reminiscent of the old era of videogames.
