Welcome back everyone! In this video I finish up the Alexander raids! I have such a soft spot for the goblins and I’m so glad they were highlighted in this quest line. Alexander is my favorite raid series in the game. I literally keep my BLM at 60 just so my raid roulette always gets it. The music, the atmosphere, the backdrops… it’s just perfect.
On top of that, there’s more Alexander where that came from. The Epic of Alexander is an Ultimate fight, and features 3 remixes, and one of the most intimidating transformations of all time: Megazord Alexander

But since she’s a xaela, not a raen, her name is supposed to be more Mongolian so “mead” is more accurate

Don't ignore mechanics
So there's something really cool in the last fight that explains a plot hole, but it's unlikely you'd encounter it if you're not a DPS. (technically anyone could do it but the DPS are best suited, since it involves a DPS check)

I really enjoyed the Alexander storyline. I want to see the continuation of that story and characters. The raids don't seem to be expanded upon after they're done. The exception so far is the Crystal Tower storyline which is now mandatory for Shaodwbringers content. I'd like for them to go back and do that for the other raids as well. Or at least some updates on those characters to some degree.

I think as a thematic collection, Alexander raids are still my favorite of the sound track. None of them make my top 5, but as a whole it's my favorite.
