The riding maps are still slower than flying
Would it not just be better to unlock flying as you'll need it later anyway
While this is great, most people I know do Shared FATEs after clearing the MSQ. And they usually get the flying before doing any of the content…
Flight is +2 mount speed by default. It's great to collect, sure; But ultimately obsolete. I'd save it for the materials that could go into crafting or sell on the board.
I did this while I was going through MSQ and getting the riding map for each zone felt like a breath of fresh air. It definitely sped up the remaining quests I had for each zone. People underestimate just how much walking (or riding) there is in an MMO.
This is useful, but I just use the bike from onlinestore to go faster every expansion release since its same speed <3
