  1. Kinda funny to me how you said the part up to the first dungeon was ok, to me freeing Tiamat was the most interesting thing that happened since going back to Eorzea, and the new dungeon is my favorite to run through after The Grand Cosmos. The stuff with Arenvald felt like they needed some drama to happen, felt really out of place to me. With the power of time having passed, now we know that the new job is reaper, which looks cool and all, but I'd still prefer something different, not that big into scythes.

For the raids, I will start saying that I do, in fact, hate nier automata, so I completely ignored the story amd ran through the raids once for the sake of completion, so theres that. The last boss was neat

Diamomd weapon really felt like a downgrade, I dont remember if the dog is in the normal version, but qfter beating both the normal and extreme versions, I had to check to make sure that yes, that was the whole fight. While the whole intermissionwith the pilots activating overdrive got annoying on repeat runs, the last fight not having that was like defeating the last boss before it could transform

  2. Me and my friends agree that Diamond Weapon was too easy, even the extreme, Emerald was harder and Ruby was more epic, the story was good though. I also don't like how dungeons are extremely repetitive, always the same. I wish they changed the formula, but they were playing it safe from the start so… I don't know. As a Nier enjoyer, I loved the raid, specially the music and the throwback bosses, nd the hacking minigames (the place with the cubes is the hacking space).
I have the feeling that the pandemic is affecting the development, the patches feel… unrefined, compared everything we received in shadowbringers. I hope endwalker doesn't get affected by this.

  3. For those who have never played FFXIV, now is the time to jump on board. You have six months to work your way through current content before the new expansion launches. That's a lot of content to work through, but a six-month span should allow you to complete it at a fairly leisurely pace.
