After a bit of looking, the lvl 86 CRP leve Ironwood Spinning Wheel is the easiest one for Gil Allowance 2.0, requiring 2 mining materials and 1 botany material. If you don’t mind stockpiling Molybdenum ore while in que, you can get by with only 1 Miner and 1 Botanist retainer (May take 4-6 trips for the logs depending on gear and assuming you don’t want to gather at all).
