Final Fantasy XIV Anime Opening with Original Score

Welcome to my latest video, an anime-inspired intro set in the captivating world of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn! This video features animation created by the talented team at the South Korean Square Enix studio, paired with my own original music (Batil Tha Bard) with an AI voice designed to capture the epic and immersive experience of the game.

  1. South Korean team is fire at animating, They do tons of amazing work.

the ai song tho? kinda lazy tbh,, which is a disgrace to Nobuo Uematsu, let alone Soken as they are musical genius's. Bro, an anime OP song would've been ten times better. Even blue bird.

    This ai needs to stop.

  2. I didnt know this was going to blow up like this. Im glad you guys like it. Im working on heavensward now ❤
To clearify for all the rude comments. The vocals are ai however this is my music and lyrics. I wanted to try something different. My channel is still in the early stages so im just uploading random stuff lol i love final fantasy and i seen where the korean team made 2 promos. I took them and paired it with a lighthearted track i made just for fun. Im not making money off this? Im sorry if you dont like it. It was just something fun that i did. 🤷‍♂️

  3. It’s…kinda mid. Not “bad,” just not actually good, either.
Which isn’t to say you either shouldn’t have done it, or shouldn’t do it again.
    On the contrary!
There’s a lot of room for improvement, so that’s what I’d like to see you do. Take some time, go over it again, and focus on what you could change to create a more distinctive, more unique result. Tap your personal experiences, both good & bad. People can tell when you are deeply invested in your own creative work.
Good luck on the next pass!

  4. It'll ve next to impossible to make a series with a bunch of CAC's and the differential styles of play. best I can think of is a story focused on Ardbert and hsi friends(the ones in the initial cutscene whi were telepoerted by Louisuiox) I can see something good there.

THAT aaide this is very good!

  5. Yoshi-P should hire you to make a offical anime for FF14. But focusing on normal adventerers and the daily lifes of the citizians, with only a mention here and there about the warrior of light. Like anime takes place (at least for season 1-2) in ARR, but MC or main adventer group has nothing to do with WoL. May see him/her from time to time in the background.

  6. This just genuinely feels dishonest. The way the video is presented makes it seem like they made the animation or at the very least collaborated with someone to make the animation while they make the music. But no, it's an old animation from Square themselves. And you can say this is in the description but it still feels misleading. Maybe it's because they don't make the effort to correct people commenting about how their animation is great and all that.

As for the music, they're confusing. Is it AI or is it not? It sounds like AI and I'm not gonna lie, the lyrics are so generic those could be AI as well. If they're not, then room for improvement for the channel I suppose. At the very least, going for a female voice in a Heavensward video will just solidify it as an AI voice so any of their arguments here is for naught.

  7. Ah yes, AI voicework over busy electric guitars and stolen SE's South Korean Animation Studio. You do know you need to actually get permission to use footage like this in creative works, right?

  8. As grim as it may sound, FF14 will someday disappear. And unlike single player games of yesteryears, it would be completely unplayable again in the same state that it is now. Thinking of preserving this wonderful game may be premature now but it is something that we all have to discuss in the future. Putting into anime form like this could serve part of that process so that future generation could vicariously experience the game's MSQ.
