I dropped nearly 40 pounds these past three months (started off on a random whim around October). Try to fast one day, every week it will improve your mindset. Make you mentally stronger, take a multivitamin btw. Also, just drink water for goodness sake.
There's no reason to be drinking that gatorade garbage whatsoever. Worthless, needless calories that could be put to better eating. Buy an ounce scaler to keep track of everything you are about to eat, eventually you and your body will get used to it after a month or two.
Love hearing you share your story concept. I really urge you to actually write it down at the very least if you haven't, it's always a great motivator. Write the ideas down then structure them into an actual story (you'll get better at this by reading, reading, reading).
I've been working on multiple stories continuously. Cycling through each of them depending on current moods and inspirations. I have hundreds of pages written down for some of them. I would love to turn any of them into a video game. One is very inspired by Goodnight Pun Pun mixed with a little bit of Persona social links, another one is something like classic Resident Evil but with orphan children instead of zombies and one is a boy's brutal path of life.
