You achieve Soul Crystals for your class at Level 30 btw! I said it wrong in the video, but you have to reach a certain point in the MSQ to unlock it.

It's a genius design they have created. Gearing in this game is quite simple. Farm for tokens that are capped weekly. And clear Savage Raids which gives you the item and a currency to exchange for gear. If you work at it, you can literally have the best in slot gear within a month. So why do developers want you to gear rather quickly without involving RNG? The game allows you to change into any classes within single character. The game encourages you to try out another roles which puts you back into newbie zone pool. Then once you max out that new role and the gear, you repeat the process. This pretty much makes older content never stale and equally distributes lower levels population healthy.
