@Meoni A friend of mine in my fc got 3 lines a few months ago, he had no idea how rare it was to get that and the guy went and bought the Ixion mount because he thought it looked cool. He's the only person I know in game that's gotten 3 lines so far.
This was also the week before the new raid patch dropped and he could have made a fortune trading it in for a 5 slot pentamelded chest lol
I've never gotten three lines either and I assume getting three lines requires some sort of Faustian bargain.

The items you get from faux hollows and from the silver certificates are different though.

I’ve gotten a 3-line Once the second time I’ve ever done WT and it was back when I started the game during shadowbringers, I was under level 80 so I couldn’t get any good prizes except the 1 mil MGP , so I took that and got one of the mounts, i still have never gotten a 3 line after years of playing lol , I’ll never get a gold certificate qwq
You can't get the Faux Kit set with Silver. ( I don't remember if you can with gold) anyway, you get only with 600 faux currency or (if) Gold .

I got 3 lines once. I still have the golden certificate
