  1. Relics should come at the same time as new raid content and should line up with the raid weapons available at the time rather than be relegated into a B tier.

  2. I would include ALL Content into Relic Grind. Tomestones, Fates, Light Farm in Dungeons, Alliance Raids. As for Trials/Raids i would reduce the Ammount of Kills needed depending on which difficulty you do it. I.e 1 Step needing 50 overall EW Trial Runs and if you do them on Extreme you get double the Amount of Tokens. Same with Savage.

    Also i would include some sort of "Lifetime Goals" like Deal a specific Amount of Dmg as DPS when you do the Relic as DPS or Revive x Amount of People when you do the Relic as a Healer. Something that has a Crazy amount of Requirement but comes easy and natuarlly within Time.

    Overall Relic Grind shouldnt be the "Oh i will do the same Content for 20 Hours Grind" it should be more the "Oh it takes me 20 Hours but dont burned me out" type of a Grind.

  3. what i would change is the entire relic system itself as someone who grinded all relics from arr all the way to manderville for all classes i know exactly how time consuming it really is id do few major changes to the relic grind
    id make 1-3 dungeons that drops all the relic mats for all the stages i would make it so that its not restricted to weekly lockouts or anything also i would also change it so that it would be like eureka or bozja like For zone 1&Zone 2 would be ARR/HW relics etc it could be changed to something like that
    i would also remove fates and leves entirely from the relic grind coz thats the most time consuming part but id keep the light farm kill enemies and dungeons
    the relics dont really need anything else it just needs tomes/Lightfarm/Dungeons and kill enemies thats all it really needs id also reduce the tomes needed for the relics id make it so that you can buy all the necessary mats for only 600 tomes for all reguired things in total thats just how i would change it

  4. Relic grind is good I think as putting effort to getting a big award in the end. The problem is diversity and I think the grind should give shortcuts how long for those who do it several times.

    I have recently started to grond all AR relic weapons and the atma farm where some ATMA's just doesn't drop. Or the light farm. Pfffff it's a chore running the same fates 5000+ times and the same 3 raids 300+ times.

    Finally I would make relic weapons auto level just below best in slot. I do AR relics now because yeeey collectionist. But the weapon you get reaching max AR level now is way better the the relic weapon so when you get it, it's already outdated

  5. ffxiv needs way better management. The management over there is just stuck in there ways and wont ever change to make the game better. There's almost no reason to even login between those 2 years between expansions and the game isnt even fun or is very fleeting when new patch content is out.
