The ladies are from the moon faire 2020, in this event we need to performance a dance (flame dance) and this ladies apperar in the final dancing with us
This might count, but I'm pretty sure the Major-General that you see is actually the monster from the questline. The Phoenix Riser just hit him so hard it transformed him into a smaller legged shark.
I don't know who those ladies are either. They aren't the idols from Little Ladies Day, so who could they be?
I'm sure there are other NPCs out there but I haven't completed Heavensward so I ain't seein' them.
I saw the fisher NPCs. I just had no idea who they were! Need to do the Fisher quest line still! Lol XD
Zhloe, Khloe, and T’kebbe I ran into first after the quest cause I was worried about them. Happy they’re still having fun. 😀
