Loving you playing XIV, boss. I'm an omnicrafter. Unlock the moogle/namazu/dwarf beast tribes, for good xp. Leves will be your best friend (and I can find the guides I used, if you want).
Stormblood has some shakiness to its story, but I know the first half will be the highlight, with certain viceroy that screams "Step on me".
I should be happing more full time to playing, just finished up the HW Hildebrand questline (now that's some 14 content that you should stream, if you skipped it), but holy shit my rust is thick. But anyone can look out for me in the casting couch waver fanclub free company.

Beast tribes from HW onward are great ways to get additional exp for your crafters aside from the Ishgardian Restoration stuff. In terms of money, there are some crucial in between materials you could craft and sell that are staples in most crafts (stuff like goldsmithing metals, etc.)
For plot, some parts of Stormblood are iffy in terms of story but an overall great and interesting experience as a whole. (especially in post leading up to Shadowbringers). Then there's Shadowbringers and that story is incredibly fantastic. I promise it won't disappoint

Huh. Never really pegged you for a 14 player if I'm honest. (I mostly follow you on YT). That said, I'd be down with watching you run through the story, seeing your reactions to some plot twists, and the like.

restoration is your best bet for quickish leveling. there's the crafting/gathering beast tribes to help you as well with daily quests for easy exp as well. but get used to the firmament music cause itll be all you hear for a while
It's a real shame that the OCE servers come out WITH Endwalker, because I'd like to get into FF14 and be caught up before the expansion launches, but having played on the US servers with 250+ ping just wasn't doing it for me. Either way, I'm actually looking forward to these update videos.
If my crafters are around the same lvl and I’m able to lvl mine quick then you should have no problems.
love that you are doing more ffXIV content! For leveling crafters/gatherers, I would suggest doing both Ishgard restoration + Leves (cause u can use gil to purchase the required items for exp). Have fun Fino o/

Your in for a treat once you get to Shadowbringers. Lots of great character and plot payoffs in it. Keep tabs on the Warrior of Darkness characters you fought in particular.
